Personal data

Privacy notice

This explains what personal data we receive when you write to us or ask for an offer, what we use it for and what rights you have.

Who processes your data

The data controller is VIALOG REM S.R.L. (tax ID RO42818952), which runs Villa Bellini, Str. Carpați 95, Borsec, Romania. For any question about your data, write to info@villabellini.ro or call +40 79 177 80 80.

What data we receive

From the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number and message.

From the offer request form: the data above, plus your stay details (arrival and departure dates, number of guests), the room type you want and your preferred way of being contacted.

No payments are taken on this website. If you book through a booking platform, that platform processes your data under its own terms.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to answer you and, if you asked for an offer, to prepare the offer and arrange a possible booking.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Where appropriate, processing may also rest on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep your data

We keep messages and offer requests for at most 24 months after the last contact, then delete them. If a request becomes a booking, we keep the data needed for the booking for as long as the law requires (for example accounting rules). You can ask for deletion at any time.

Who receives your data

Only the team answering you and our technical providers can access the data: the company hosting the website and e-mail, and Google (our e-mail address forwards to a Gmail account). We do not sell or rent your data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Send your requests to info@villabellini.ro.

Complaints

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.

Cookies

We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) to load measurement tools, and CookieYes to manage your consent. Without your consent only what is strictly necessary is loaded, including the CookieYes cookie that remembers your choice.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to see, in aggregate, how the website is used (for example how many offer requests are sent). If you do not, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives no identifier; it only receives anonymous signals (for example that a page was viewed), from which Google statistically estimates visits and conversions (Google Consent Mode). Google may also process this data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

You can change your choice at any time in the website's cookie settings. The map on the contact page (Google Maps) and the presentation film (Vimeo) load only once you start them; these providers may set their own cookies under their own rules. To protect the forms, we keep the IP address a request was sent from for one hour, in encrypted (hashed) form.
